That's why you can make reservations any time you wish, 24 hours a day. If, by chance you should call at a time when our reservationist is assisting another caller, you can leave a message and we will return the call, if you wish.

We don't make you work around our schedule; instead we are always here for you! If you would like area information, we are always happy to be of assistance, when we can. If you want to make the reservation and be done with it as quickly as possible, we will do our best to expedite the process for you. You're the boss.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
We don't want to be nosey, but when we take your reservation, we are going to ask you the following questions:
- Names of people travelling
- Dates of Travel.
- To and From destinations.
- Times of travel.
- Credit Card you want to use to pay in advance, the name of the person on the Card, the address and billing zip code. (PS- you must have card in your possession, know the expiration date, the security code, the name on the card as well as the billing address.)
- We will ask you if you prefer a window seat or aisle seat. We always Endeavor to satisfy your requests.
- To pick up guests at the airport, Orlando Aviation Authority security requires us to obtain your airline and flight number
- All of this is required in order to guarantee the reservation. And remember! Due to the policies of the Orlando Aviation Authority, without a reservation, we are unable to pick you up at the Orlando Airport.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can change your reservation at no cost to you up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure. After that, you will incur a $15 service charge per ticket should you need to reschedule your trip. While travel dates and times can be changed, THE TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you have to cancel your trip with us you will receive a travel voucher for the service you booked, that is valid for six months from the date of cancellation.
IF YOU SHOULD FAIL TO NOTIFY OUR RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL FARE.
The advance payment and reservation policy applies to all Jitney runs.
